Senior Research Analyst, Intelligence & Engagement

Join our analytics and research efforts in Europe as part of an energetic group setting the standard for actionable intelligence in consulting. We combine insight with foresight to provide superior advice in moments that matter. Our Intelligence & Engagement unit collaborates closely with our Global Development Team, which designs and builds software for internal and client applications.


What you'll do

  • Design and deliver multi-modal analyses in stakeholder insights, reputation assessment, issues & crisis planning, campaign & message performance, and business intelligence.
  • Apply quantitative methods (e.g. surveys) and qualitative approaches (e.g. interviews, focus groups) to generate insights.
  • Use existing tools and vendors to collect and analyze data.
  • Detect hidden patterns, identify trends, reveal drivers, predict developments, and visualize findings to deliver actionable insights.
  • Act as a research ambassador, identifying commercial opportunities with colleagues and clients.
  • Collaborate on the research, planning, and development of projects alongside diverse teams.
  • Support new business efforts through data-driven insights.
  • Develop presentations, client decks, and pitches.
  • Help educate and elevate analytical skills within internal teams.

What you'll bring
